A: CarePlus clinics offer services for the whole family from birth through senior years. Below is a partial list of services offered:

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: CarePlus clinics treat patients with an injury or illness that requires immediate care but does not require a visit to a hospital emergency room. CarePlus clinics see walk-in patients without an appointment.

Q: Can I see the same doctor each time?
A: If you walk in to a CarePlus clinic without an appointment, the next available doctor will see you. If you prefer, you can make an appointment with the doctor of your choice.

Q: What information do I need to bring with me?
If this is your first time visiting the clinic, bring your medical insurance card and a photo ID. Bring a list of the names and dosages of the medicines that you are taking, and copies of any previous lab test results or imaging studies.

Q: When should I go to an urgent care clinic?
A: You should go to an urgent care clinic when:

  • You cannot get an appointment with your doctor quickly.
  • You do not want to wait in a hospital emergency room.
  • Your regular doctor's office is closed or your doctor is on vacation.

Q: How long will I have to wait?
A: We generally see walk-in patients in the order in which they arrive. Your wait time will be depend on the number of people seeking care and the seriousness of their conditions.

A: CarePlus Clinics accept almost all local insurance plans. Please call the CarePlus clinic you will be visiting to verify acceptance of your insurance plan.

A: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Q: What if I need to see a specialist?
If a CarePlus doctor recommends that you consult a specialist, such as an orthopedic surgeon, we'll help you to make an appointment. We will send your records to the specialist and will provide you with a copy of your tests results, including a CD copy of your x-rays (if applicable).
